2. Use of the Towseal Platform

3. Ordering and Delivery
3.1 Order Placement: Towseal allows Users to place food orders from participating restaurants. You acknowledge that Towseal acts as an intermediary between you and the restaurant, and any issues or disputes arising from the order should be resolved directly with the restaurant.

3.2 Delivery: Towseal aims to provide fast and reliable delivery services. While we strive to meet delivery timelines, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We shall not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from delivery delays.

3.3 Food Quality and Safety: Towseal strives to ensure that the food delivered is of high quality and meets safety standards. However, the quality and safety of the food are the responsibility of the restaurant. Towseal shall not be liable for any adverse effects resulting from the consumption of food obtained through the platform.

4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Ownership: Towseal and its related trademarks, logos, and content are the property of Towseal and protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to use, modify, or distribute any copyrighted materials without prior written consent from Towseal.

4.2 User Content: By using Towseal, you grant Towseal a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute any content you submit through the platform. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to grant this license.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Towseal, its directors, employees, agents, or affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of Towseal, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Modification and Termination
Towseal reserves the right to modify or terminate the platform or these Terms at any time, with or without notice. You agree that Towseal shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or termination of the platform or these Terms.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
